BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH IMPACT
Dr Mike Burbridge is a lecturer in Innovation and Course Co-ordinator for Curtin University's Bachelor of Innovation. He is interested in sustainable innovation and the interplay of the sustainable development goals and planetary boundaries. His PhD examined the effectiveness of partnerships between government, business and academia to use innovation to progress the transition to a low carbon economy. He has spent most of his career working on sustainable development both in government (UK and Australia) as well as in the private sector (UK) and academia (Australia).
