BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH IMPACT

I am currently an Adjunct Fellow at Curtin University specialising in public health, healthcare research, and academic advisory services. My work bridges the gap between complex health data, policy development, and clinical education.

My academic career in Western Australia includes serving as a Lecturer within the School of Nursing & Midwifery at Edith Cowan University (2025–2026) and working as a University Research Assistant (2021–2025). During this time, I completed my PhD, which utilised secondary data to evaluate the lived experiences of older immigrants with dementia in Australia.

My global background spans hospital pharmacy and health policy roles within the Ministry of Health in Bhutan, alongside teaching as a Visiting Tutor at the Faculty of Nursing and Public Health, KGUMSB. As a trained Pharmacist holding a Master of Public Health from ECU, I provide specialized insights into health equity, aged care outcomes, and workforce training.
