I am an experienced early childhood educator, school leader and sector advocate with a career spanning teaching, educational leadership, governance, policy and professional advocacy. I currently lead a small independent primary school in Western Australia that is recognised for its child-centred, play-based and inquiry-driven approach to education. My leadership focuses on creating inclusive learning environments where children have the time, space and agency to develop curiosity, creativity, belonging and a strong sense of wellbeing.

Alongside my school leadership role, I am actively involved in the broader early childhood sector through Early Childhood Australia, including leadership, advocacy and professional engagement at state and national levels. This work has strengthened my interest in the relationship between educational policy, leadership practice and the everyday experiences of children and educators.
