BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH IMPACT

Tram Anh is a PhD Scholar at Curtin University. She is working under the Value Adding to Brewery Spent Grain Project, which is led by ChemCentre WA and funded by the End Food Waste CRC. Her research is further supported by an AINSE Postgraduate Research Award, providing access to world-class neutron facilities at the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO). By converting a major brewing by-product into functional food ingredients, her research supports circular bioeconomy principles and contributes to creating commercial and sustainability outcomes for WA's craft brewing sector.
