Dr Gladys Prado is an interdisciplinary researcher with a background in psychology, organisational development and knowledge management. She holds a PhD in Engineering and Knowledge Management; her doctoral research examined co-production and the effectiveness of temporary, heterogeneous teams. She also brings more than 15 years of counselling experience and has taught in higher education. She is currently undertaking an MPhil at Curtin University, investigating the social and behavioural barriers and inter-organisational relationships shaping the transition to net-zero construction logistics in Australia. Her broader interests include leadership and capability development, collaboration, and digital capabilities in higher education.
