BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH IMPACT
I am a PhD candidate in Agriculture and Food Science at Curtin University. My research focuses on developing sustainable dry fractionation approaches for plant-based ingredients, with particular emphasis on lupin. I investigate how conditioning, milling, particle characteristics and separation processes influence the recovery and enrichment of protein- and fibre-rich fractions. My broader research interests include food process engineering, plant proteins, grain and pulse processing, and sustainable food ingredient development.
