BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH IMPACT

I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated PhD candidate in Spatial Sciences at the School of Earth and Planetary Sciences, Curtin University, WA, Australia. My research is centred around marine climate extremes and their impacts on marine ecosystems, using satellite remote sensing ( e.g., Ocean Colour, thermal infrared), and observational data. The key components in my research are Air-Sea Exchange, Oceanic Processes, Bio-physical interactions, and marine biogeochemistry.

Before beginning my PhD journey, I gained valuable professional experience across research and technical roles in the marine science and technology sector. As a technical expert, I demonstrated oceanographic, hydrographic, and geospatial instruments to clients, worked closely with leading global manufacturers such as Trimble, Xylem, Euromex, Star-Oddi, AML Oceanographic, Shimadzu, RBR and so on. I also served as a Research Officer in a system development company, contributing to cutting-edge innovations tailored for the marine sector. In addition, I worked as a Senior Research Assistant, where I was actively involved in the full research cycle—from data collection and analysis to scientific publications.

With a strong academic foundation in Oceanography and diverse industry experience, I am deeply committed to advancing the fields of Ocean Science, especially Ocean Colour Remote Sensing, Air-Sea Exchange, Marine Extreme, marine biogeochemistry, and multidisciplinary ocean research. My international collaborations and multidisciplinary background equip me to contribute meaningfully to research, innovation, and global scientific dialogue in the marine and climate domains.

I thrive in collaborative environments and am always keen to connect with fellow researchers, professionals, and institutions working to better understand our oceans and climate systems.
