I am a PhD researcher at Curtin University’s School of Population Health, with a background in nutrition and epidemiology. My research focuses on nutritional psychiatry and population mental health, particularly the relationships between diet, lifestyle factors, anxiety, and depression in Vietnam.
I have experience leading research projects, supervising students, and contributing to public health initiatives. I ranked among the top 3% of scholars who began publishing in 2020 on ResearchGate.
