I am a health researcher (PhD, Nutrition and Exercise Physiology) working at the intersection of population health data, applied biostatistics and translational women's health.

I hold an honorary appointment as Adjunct Research Fellow in the Curtin School of Population Health, Faculty of Health Sciences, and I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center, Louisiana State University, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I completed my PhD at The University of Western Australia in 2024.

My research is on iron deficiency, and in particular iron deficiency without anaemia, in women across the life course. I build and analyse large clinical and population datasets in R and SQL, including a cross-sectional cohort of 90,762 adults constructed in BigQuery against the NIH All of Us Research Program curated data repository, and I translate the findings into evidence that clinicians and policymakers can act on.
