I am a Higher Degree Research student investigating how organisational processes, reporting systems and governance arrangements influence responses to workplace violence and harassment. Using a multi-method research approach that combines qualitative analysis and expert consultation, I seek to understand and address process complexity while promoting trauma-informed practice. My research aims to generate practical, evidence-based recommendations that improve organisational decision-making, procedural fairness and stakeholder outcomes.
