I am completing a PhD in Public Health, as supported by the Research Training Program (RTP) scholarship, exploring the relationship between diet and mental health in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). I am passionate about helping others achieve great mental health and am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the MS Nutrition Research Team. I hope to empower and advocate for people with MS to achieve great overall wellbeing, including supporting their food choices and mental health.
