Dr. Dhanuskodi Rengasamy is Head of the Department of Accounting, Finance, and Economics at Curtin University Malaysia’s Faculty of Business. He joined Curtin Malaysia as a senior lecturer in May 2012 and has since held various senior academic positions in the faculty, including Postgraduate Programme Coordinator, Higher Degree by Research (HDR) Coordinator, and Discipline Lead. He has 31 years of teaching experience in Malaysia, India, Ethiopia, and Oman, covering subjects such as accounting, auditing, taxation, project management, and banking at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Dr. Dhanuskodi has been a keynote speaker at five major international conferences and has presented research papers at over 30 national and international conferences. He has also had research articles published in various journals and edited volumes of books, as well as academic articles in newspapers. In addition, he was a trainer for the Project Management Programme under the Sarawak Graduate Enhancement Training Programme organized by the Sarawak Centre of Performance Excellence (SCOPE) in Kuching. In recognition of his excellence in teaching and learning, Dr. Dhanuskodi has been presented with the Best Lecturer Award 2014 and the Teaching Excellence Award 2017 by Curtin Malaysia.
