BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH IMPACT
- I work with boards and executive teams on being better together. Alongside team and group work I partner with individual CEO's, Executive Team Members and Non-Executive Directors on navigating the interpersonal and behavioural aspects of their roles.
- Alongside my coaching work I am undertaking a part time PhD at Curtin University on how Non-Executive Directors experience coaching in relation to their work as board members.
- I serve on the International Coaching Federation Global Credentials and Standards Board, and chair their Nominations Committee.
- I support coaches and team coaches as a coaching supervisor holding an Oxford Brookes University Level 4 Coach Supervisor Accreditation.
