BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH IMPACT
I am a PhD candidate in Economics at Curtin University. My research focuses on the housing journey of young Australians and in particular the role of parents in facilitating that journey.
I returned to academia in 2023 after spending 33 years in the banking industry in the UK, Ireland and Australia. I had senior roles in product management, marketing and change management, most recently as Chief Customer Officer and General Manager, Products & Pricing at Bankwest in Western Australia.
I am Chairman of the WADSIH (West Australian Data Science and Innovation Hub) Advisory Board, Deputy Chairman of Best Lives - a disability services Not For Profit and Chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee. I have previously served as Vice President of Diabetes WA and as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre.
