BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH IMPACT
Bruno is a multidisciplinary geoscientist with research focused on rock deformation processes and its influence on accessory mineral geochemistry often used to shed light onto tectonic evenets and mineral deposit formation. After completing his PhD at Monash University in 2022, he joined Curtin University as a Research Associated within the Timescales of Mineral Systems Group. In 2024, he became a Lecturer in the School of Earth and Planetary Sciences. Bruno is highly involved in developing and improving new analytical tools in isotope geochemistry in the GeoHistory Facility (within the John de Laeter Centre) in order to obtain more information from rocks and minerals that illustrate the evolution of our habitable planet.
