BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH IMPACT

Dr Keith Yong Ngee Ng is an independent scholar focusing on business and workplace behaviours. His research delves into the complex dynamics of organizational behavior, with particular emphasis on leadership styles (including servant leadership), trust, knowledge-sharing behaviours, and Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Dr. Ng's studies often investigate how corporate culture, affective commitment, and structural controls impact employee relationships and the transfer of tacit knowledge in high-pressure settings like the financial services sector. As an engaged member of the global academic community, his research is consistently updated and monitored through his ORCID Record and ResearchGate Profile.
