BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH IMPACT

I have over 25 years of global experience across the management/business consulting, financial services, agri-business, renewable energy, resource, government, NGO, and education industries. My strengths are working with various sized organisations at different stages of their lifecycle. I enjoy developing scale through strategic growth and capability development.

My research interests revolve around SMEs, Co-operatives, and Natural Capital. I remain in close contact with industry and integrate my networks into my teaching. I am focused on building my MBA and executive profile. In July 2025 I took the role of Director of the MBA and DBA Programmes to evolve it whilst connecting previous MBA Alumni into our Systems Think Club which I established in 2025.
