BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH IMPACT
I am a Professor at the Curtin University Future of Work Institute and a registered Organisational Psychologist. My research interests relate to all the processes involved in personnel recruitment, assessment, and selection. These include attracting talent, designing fair selection systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. I am especially interested in how technological developments are influencing these processes, and lately, have been focusing on the impact of candidates' use of Generative Artificial Intelligence on talent acqusition.
